Cervical smears

03.09.20 3mins

Everyone with a cervix aged between 25-64yrs should be in the national cervical cancer screening programme. But people registered as male with their GP may not get called for one.

It’s important to get the screening test (Unless you’ve had a total hysterectomy). You can arrange a smear test with your GP. As well as offering sexual health services, 56 Dean Street also offers a dedicated service specifically designed for the Trans and non binary community. Contact us on 020 3315 5656 or email: 56Tsmears@chelwest.nhs.uk
